Meet The Manager - Administrator

Meet the heartbeat of Concord Ridge Health & Rehabilitation, our dedicated Administrator, Beth West, LNHA. With a wealth of experience and a passion for elevating the standard of care, Beth is the guiding force behind our commitment to providing unparalleled support and comfort.



Beth has worked with Foundations Health Solutions since 2020, learning what makes our Culture of Care so unique. Having worked in senior healthcare for about 13 years, Beth is well-versed in serving others. Beginning her career as an STNA, she later went back to school and became a Social Worker and Dementia Unit Manager. She then earned her license to be an Administrator, at the urging of her supervisor.

Beth lives in Thompson with her husband, Brian, and a medley of pets including goats, ponies, alpacas, and a rescue pup named Gigi. A mother of three, Beth spends Fridays enjoying quality time with her granddaughter, Charlotte. You’ll see her at the facility Monday through Thursday and on Sunday mornings giving out warm smiles and comfort.

Beth's leadership ensures that every resident receives personalized attention, fostering an environment where they thrive and find a true sense of belonging. We believe in filling our premier facility with team members who are committed to making every day an opportunity for joy, and wellness, with a nurturing touch of home!
