At Concord Ridge Health and Rehabilitation, we are committed to fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth for our dedicated nursing staff and caregivers. This commitment was exemplified in our recent Skills Fair, an event designed to equip our team members with the latest knowledge and techniques essential to providing exceptional care to our residents.



The Skills Fair covered a spectrum of vital topics crucial to the delivery of top-tier healthcare. From infection control protocols to the nuanced art of identifying signs of sepsis, from wound prevention strategies to the importance of regular turning and positioning techniques, our staff delved into the fundamental aspects of their profession with diligence and enthusiasm.

To foster engagement and recognize the dedication of our staff, each station at the Skills Fair offered the opportunity to win prizes, incentivizing participation and creating a vibrant atmosphere of camaraderie and learning. Approximately 50 of our valued staff members participated in this enriching event, reaffirming our shared commitment to excellence in elder care.
